What are breathing exercises?
'Take a deep breath' is a common phrase we use when something is exciting, new, stressful or dangerous. It helps us take a pause for a moment and calm down. Since breathing is an unconscious process, that one phrase helps us become aware of proper in and exhaling again. But we can breathe consciously every day...
A breathing coach will teach you the techniques to maintain the right rhythm and pace and increase the amount of oxygen you inhale to reach your body’s cells and organs. You will have the tools to relax your body and mind.

Imagine being in a deep state of consciousness - of your breath, your body, your emotions and the present.
After learning the breathing techniques you are prepped to take a plunge in the ice bath.
