NLP stands for 'Neuro-Linguistic Programming'. While the term 'programming' might sound technical, NLP is all about you; your emotions, your feelings, your thoughts - and mostly how to gain control over them.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming has been around since the 1970s and is a fast and effective technique for analyzing how your mind works, changing the way you respond to thoughts and feelings and empowering you to be in control.
Just imagine: you have a dream to do or become something but you don't think you can achieve this. Trust me, you are not the only one...Those self-limiting beliefs are based on how you have been dealing with events and emotions your entire life. If, for instance, it took you three times to pass exams in the past, you probably think you will not succeed this time. Or, if a person treats you in a certain manner, you might deal with the situation in the same way as you have dealt with similar events in the past while the intentions of this person might be completely different. These are just two of the many examples in which your mind unconsciously raises a mental barrier. It is hard to change this because this is basically how your mind has been 'programmed' in the course of your life.
