WHM Fundamentals workshop (5 hours)

Service description

You will enjoy a session with a small group of max. 10 people in a secluded area in Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai. Upon booking, you will receive the address details. What to bring? Please bring a hand towel, bathing clothes, flip flops, a bottle of water, and a set of comfortable clothes, How to prepare? We advise you not to eat and not to drink caffeine in the two (2) hours before having a session. By booking a breathwork and ice bath session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Flow of Life's liability waiver. Before joining a session at Flow of Life we kindly ask you to sign a health declaration form.
